Because our products are utilized in demanding physical environments (such as attics and crawlspaces), we maintain strict return guidelines to ensure safety, quality control, and compliance.1. 30-Day Return WindowWe offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition that you received it: unworn, unused, completely free of job-site debris, dirt, or dust, and in its original packaging. - Important Notice: Returns sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted, refunded, or shipped back to the sender.
- Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective due to our manufacturing error, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and logistics.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect ItemsPlease inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us within 48 hours at support@toekneecrawler.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.4. Non-Returnable Items & Safety ExceptionsDue to liability and safety regulations regarding structural navigation tools, we absolutely cannot accept returns on items that have been used on a job site, deployed inside an attic/crawlspace, or show signs of physical wear. Safety gear that has been compromised by field use cannot be restocked or resold.5. ExchangesThe fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.6. Refunds and ProcessingOnce we receive and inspect your returned gear at our facility, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on the item's physical condition.
