- Processing Time: All orders for our specialty trade gear require [1–3] business days to pick, pack, and prepare for shipment before leaving our facility. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
- Transit Time: Once picked up by the carrier, transit times vary based on your selected shipping speed and location at checkout.
Courier and Job-Site Delivery Liability
TKC ToeKnee Crawler Extreme (a brand owned and operated by Text The Universe LLC) utilizes trusted third-party carriers to deliver your order. Once a package leaves our facility, tracking information is automatically emailed to you.

- Delivered Status: Neither Text The Universe LLC nor TKC ToeKnee Crawler Extreme is legally or financially liable for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the courier but are missing from the destination.
- Secure Locations: If you are shipping gear directly to an active construction site, unfinished property, open commercial zone, or residential porch, please ensure a secure receiving method is in place. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for items stolen or lost post-delivery

SHIPPING COST: Will be calculated and displayed at checkout, orders may include handling fees. International deliveries may incur additional cost due to VAT and/or import duties and taxes at time of delivery. Our company is not responsible for these charges and are your responsibility as the customer. International shipping locations vary and will be confirmed at checkout. WE RECOMMEND: Using USPS for shipping, other services will incur additional handling fees.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in it's original condition, and we will refund full order amount minus shipping cost for return and 15% restocking fee.
